By accessing or using SmartScanner, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We only collect information required to provide license plate monitoring, ticket alerts, subscription services, and dashboard functionality.

If you delete your account, we remove account details, plates, reports, and saved profile data. We may keep your email address and referral-use status to prevent referral abuse and repeated free-trial use.

Once your account is deleted, your account data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use SmartScanner again, you will need to create a new account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription plans may be changed or canceled at any time through your account settings. When you cancel a paid subscription, you will not be charged further and you will retain access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Partial refunds are not provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartScanner is not responsible for parking enforcement decisions or actions. Our service provides monitoring and notifications based on available SFU parking citation information. Users remain responsible for compliance with all parking rules and fines.
